ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on delivering excellent patient care. You will gain hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices while supporting therapists and patients throughout treatment sessions.

The role emphasizes assisting with patient check-in, treatment setup, patient education, and documentation, with a strong emphasis on safety and compassionate care.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.”

Mansioni

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, benefits, and forms.
• Support clinicians by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
