Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in our Illinois clinic. You will prepare patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Qualifications

• High school graduate; intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient/satisfaction focus; energetic team player.
• Compassion toward patients; complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and activities.
• Delivers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restrooms and other areas are kept clean and stocked.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling and filing.
• Maintains supplies and may order inventory for the clinic.
