Job summary

Athletico in Chicago seeks a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support therapists and the patient experience team. You will greet patients, prepare for treatments, assist during sessions, and ensure a clean, well-organized clinic environment.

Strong communication, accurate documentation, attention to detail, and a collaborative spirit are essential as you help patients achieve their therapy goals alongside skilled clinicians.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Friendly, energetic team player who shows compassion.
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage tasks.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists during treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets; restocks supplies.
• Maintains restrooms and other areas.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assists in tracking and ordering clinic supplies.
