Athletico in Belvidere, IL is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, prepare treatment spaces, and assist with administrative tasks in a busy outpatient clinic.

The role involves helping therapists with treatments, managing supplies, and ensuring a smooth patient flow, with a part-time schedule and opportunities for growth within Athletico’s care teams.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients with exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, e-stim).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens, restocks supplies and maintains areas.
• Assists with phones, scheduling and filing paperwork.
