Job summary

Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide in a part-time role to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, support therapy sessions, and help with administrative tasks in a busy physical therapy clinic.

You will contribute to a patient-focused environment, assisting with treatments, document workflows, and inventory while upholding state practice act requirements. This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and compassionate patient care.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or equivalent preferred.
• Work Experience: Prior clinical aide or rehab tech experience preferred.
• Knowledge and skills: strong communication, documentation, time management, teamwork, and compassion.

Responsibilities

• Assist patients and clinicians with administrative and clinical duties.
• Greet patients and support therapy sessions with therapists and assistants.
• Prepare treatment areas and assist with modalities and exercises.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized treatment and common areas.
• Support patient experience coordinator with scheduling, phones, and paperwork.
