Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care coordination and clinicians in a clinic setting. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, aiding therapists, performing routine treatments, and maintaining a clean, organized environment. English proficiency and basic office skills are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient/Client Satisfaction: Providing care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Able to demonstrate compassion toward patients; complete tasks thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients during exercises and treatments.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens/towels; maintains linen cabinets.
• Restrooms and other areas cleaned; restocks supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing.
• Assist patient experience coordinator with inventory tracking and ordering supplies.
