Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, support therapists, and perform administrative and clinical duties in a compliant setting.

Responsibilities include preparing patients for therapy, ensuring a clean, organized clinic, and helping with scheduling and records. Strong communication and teamwork are essential, with competitive benefits for part-time staff.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Energetic and a team player with compassion toward patients.
• Basic knowledge of common office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under professional staff.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens/towels and maintains restrooms and shared spaces.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
