Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and ensure smooth clinic operations in line with state practice acts.

The role emphasizes administrative duties, patient care assistance, and collaboration with therapists and staff to deliver high-quality care.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
• Ability to clearly document projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient-focused with a collaborative mindset.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Motivates and assists patients with exercises and functional activities.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after use.
• Washes linens and maintains closets; restocks supplies.
• Assists with phones, scheduling, and filing.
