• Must be 18+ years.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Assist with onboarding new patients and verifying benefits.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
