ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. in Lexington, MA is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care.

You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows while supporting therapists and patients during treatment sessions. Responsibilities include welcoming patients, helping with intake and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, assisting with exercises, and tracking progress.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during daily check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient flow.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and support home exercise programs.
