Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointment time.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, scheduling, and onboarding of new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment, and support therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing prescribed home exercises and follow care plans.
