Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person.
• Assist with patient intake, registration and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients and verify paperwork/benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with home exercise programs.
