Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients both by phone and in person.
• Assist with efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients and review paperwork and benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
