ATI Physical Therapy in Seattle, WA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and assist therapists. The role includes greeting patients, helping with check-in, and preparing treatment spaces for therapy sessions.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Preferred: Healthcare experience in PT/OT, medical assistant roles, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry, PT & PTA students.
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer experience.
• Preferred: Health Services, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology education.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake processes.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
