Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Mill Creek, WA is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians, greet patients, prepare treatment areas, and assist with patient exercises. This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy workflows in a collaborative environment.

You will help with patient intake, scheduling, and onboarding, while supporting progress tracking and home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience is preferred.
• High School diploma is required.
• 18+ years of age preferred (per listing).

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly during daily check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, and set up equipment for PT sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
