Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support clinicians and patients. You will help with check-in, intake, equipment setup, and patient education under supervision. The role offers hands-on training and opportunities to grow within a healthcare setting.

You will work closely with Physical Therapists and support staff to ensure smooth daily operations, accurate documentation, and patient progress tracking in a busy clinic environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment for therapists.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
