Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy in Greenville, SC is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to support patient care and clinic operations. You’ll greet patients, assist with check-in, prepare treatment areas, and help clinicians set up and adjust equipment, all while learning hands-on therapy skills.

You will work in a collaborative environment with experienced therapists, receive mentorship, and contribute to safe, effective recovery programs for patients.

Qualifications

• High School diploma is required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare or customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Assist Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
