Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join our collaborative team in Mount Pleasant, SC. You will work closely with licensed clinicians, assist with patient check-ins, prepare treatment spaces, and support patients with exercises to aid recovery.

This role offers hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to physical therapy practices in a fast-paced environment focused on patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and throughout their appointment.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, scheduling and onboarding of new patients.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and assist with completion of medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and following home exercise programs.
