ATI Physical Therapy in North Charleston, SC seeks a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy, supporting clinicians and patients throughout the recovery process.

The role includes greeting patients, assisting with intake, preparing treatment areas, and helping with home exercise programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling; assist clinicians with timely scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist with exercises and home programs.
