ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You’ll gain hands-on training, support clinicians, and help patients progress through their recovery.

Your role includes patient check-in, preparing treatment areas, assisting with home exercise programs, and ensuring smooth scheduling. This entry-level position emphasizes patient interaction, teamwork, and exposure to physical therapy settings within an outpatient

Qualifications

• Healthcare and/or customer service experience.
• Must be 18+ years.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and during appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration and assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients reviewing paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing/cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
