Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering patient care and gaining hands-on healthcare skills. You will receive mentorship and exposure to physical therapy under experienced clinicians.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with intake and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, monitoring progress, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises. Competitive benefits and growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Experience in healthcare and/or customer service preferred.
• Preferred: healthcare experience (PT aide/technician, MA, hospital, chiropractic, fitness industry).
• Preferred: Certified Personal Trainer.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and throughout appointments.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling support for clinicians.
• Onboard new patients by reviewing paperwork, verifying benefits, and completing forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment to support therapy.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team; assist patients with home exercise programs.
