Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18+ years of age.
• Previous experience in healthcare or customer service preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist patients during check-in and appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients by verifying benefits and completing medical forms.
• Support therapists in preparing treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and assist in exercise programs.
