Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Experience as a PT aide/medical assistant is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and visits.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and intake processes.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the team.
• Support patients with home exercise programs.
