Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide in Nevada to support clinicians, prep treatment areas, and assist patients with exercises. You’ll gain hands-on experience in a collaborative, patient-centered environment and receive mentorship as part of a growing rehab team.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, are 18+, and bring healthcare or customer service experience. The role offers competitive pay ($16–$18/hr) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake.
• Onboard new patients and review paperwork and benefits.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
