ATI Physical Therapy in Kyle, TX is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team delivering exceptional patient care. You will receive hands-on training, mentorship, and direct exposure to physical therapy.

You’ll greet patients, assist with scheduling, onboard new patients, prepare treatment areas, and support clinicians with exercises and home programs. Our benefits package includes PTO, health coverage, 401(k) match, and wellness programs.

Qualifications

• High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and patient intake
• Onboard new patients and review relevant paperwork and benefits
• Support Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and setting up equipment
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs
