Qualifications

• Required: High School diploma
• Must be 18+ years
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and streamline patient intake/registration.
• Review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms for new patients.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up/adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Guide patients through exercises and support home exercise programs.
