ATI Physical Therapy, Inc. is seeking a Physical Therapy Aide to join a collaborative team focused on patient care and hands-on training. You will support therapists, prepare treatment areas, assist with exercises, and help patients progress through their rehabilitation plan.

The role emphasizes patient interaction, documentation, and contributing to a positive patient experience while developing healthcare skills and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and interact with them by phone and in person at check-in and during appointments.
• Promote efficient patient intake and registration; assist clinicians with scheduling.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Support the Physical Therapist by preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and support home exercise programs.
