Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is hiring a Physical Therapy Aide in Goodyear, AZ. You will work alongside licensed clinicians, supporting patient care and clinic operations, with hands-on training and mentorship to develop healthcare skills.

Responsibilities include greeting patients, assisting with intake and scheduling, preparing treatment areas, and helping patients perform prescribed exercises. Competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High School diploma; 18+ years old; healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Preferred: healthcare experience (PT aide/technician, medical assistant, hospital employment, chiropractic, fitness industry)

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients in person and by phone during check-in and appointment times.
• Assist with efficient patient intake, registration, and scheduling.
• Onboard new patients: review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas, set up and adjust exercise equipment.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients with exercises and home exercise programs.
