Job summary

ATI Physical Therapy is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Aide to support therapists, prepare treatment areas, assist with exercises, and help patients feel welcome during visits. You will receive hands-on training and mentorship in a collaborative, patient‑centered environment.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required.
• Must be 18+ years old.
• Healthcare and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet and interact with patients warmly by phone and in person during check-in and appointments.
• Assist clinicians with scheduling and efficient patient intake/registration.
• Onboard new patients, review paperwork, verify benefits, and complete medical forms.
• Prepare and clean treatment areas and set up/adjust exercise equipment for sessions.
• Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to the therapy team.
• Assist patients in performing exercises and home exercise programs.
