Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support patient care and clinic operations. You will greet patients, assist clinicians, and help with administrative tasks aligned with state practice requirements.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills — written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient/satisfaction: Providing care/services that exceed expectations.

• Compassion toward patients; complete tasks thoroughly.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients practicing exercises.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Restocks linens and maintains restrooms and common areas.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling appointments, and filing paperwork.
