Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator at our clinic. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with state act requirements.

The role involves assisting therapists during patient care, maintaining a clean environment, and supporting daily clinic operations. This part-time position offers bi-annual pay increases and a range of benefits.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management skills are required.
• Patient/Client satisfaction: providing care/service that exceeds expectations.
• Energetic and a team player.
• Compassion toward patients.
• Complete tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with treatments.
• Safeguards, motivates, and assists patients exercising under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, ultrasounds, electrical stimulation).
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Launders and maintains linens; restocks supplies as needed.
• Maintains restrooms and other areas; restocks as required.
• Assists the Patient Experience Coordinator with phones, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Assists with inventory and ordering of non-medical and medical supplies.
