Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a part-time clinic role. You will greet patients, assist with treatments, and help with administrative tasks under state guidelines.

Responsibilities include preparing patients, assisting with exercises, applying modalities, keeping areas clean, and supporting inventory and scheduling. Strong communication and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to document projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient satisfaction-focused and a team player.
• Demonstrates compassion toward patients; completes tasks thoroughly.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists.
• Makes sure patients are comfortable and supports exercise activities.
• Delivers routine treatments (hot/cold packs, modalities).
• Maintains clean work area and equipment after treatment.
• Manages linens, restrooms, and supplies as needed.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Helps track non-medical and medical clinic supplies and inventory.
