Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in clinic operations. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

The role emphasizes teamwork, compassionate patient care, and accurate documentation, with a focus on a positive patient experience and efficient clinic flow.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and written/verbal presentation skills.
• Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during procedures.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans treatment area and equipment after sessions.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Restocks and maintains restrooms and supply areas.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Assists with inventory and ordering non-medical and medical supplies.
