Athletico is seeking a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a clinic setting. You will greet patients, support therapists, and help with administrative tasks in compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to clearly document all tasks and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management required.
• Patient-focused and a team player with empathy.
• Complete tasks thoroughly and use office equipment confidently.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Maintains restrooms and restocks supplies.
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing.
• Help track non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory.
