Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy clinic. You will greet patients, assist therapists, and perform routine administrative and clinical duties in line with state practice acts.

Required are a high school diploma (intern preferred) and prior rehab aide or tech experience. Expect collaborative teamwork, patient interaction, and opportunities for growth within the Athletico network.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate and or intern preferred
• Work Experience: Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred
• Knowledge and Technical Skills: Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal; Ability to clearly document all projects and manage production; Attention to detail and time management; Patient satisfaction; Energetic and team player; Compassion toward patients; Complete tasks thoroughly; Basic knowledge of office equipment

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists therapists during treatments
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises and functional activities
• Provides routine treatments (hot/cold packs, Ultrasounds, Electrical stimulation)
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment
• Washes linens/towels and maintains linen cabinets
• Restocks restrooms and other areas with supplies
• Assists patient experience coordinator with phones, scheduling, and filing
• Keeps track of non-medical and medical supplies and may order inventory
