Job summary

Athletico is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in a busy clinic. You will prepare patients for therapy, assist during treatments, and help with phones, scheduling, and filing, while following state practice rules.

The role emphasizes compassionate patient care, accurate documentation, teamwork, and flexible tasks, with benefits and a supportive environment in which growth and development are encouraged.

Qualifications

• Education: High school graduate or intern preferred.
• Experience: Prior Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills—written and verbal.
• Excellent documentation and time management.
• Patient-centered, energetic team player with compassion.
• Basic knowledge of office equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices and treatments.
• Safeguards and motivates patients during exercises under supervision.
• Provides routine treatments such as hot/cold packs and other modalities.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains linen cabinets.
• Maintains restrooms and common areas, restocks supplies.
• Assists Patient Experience Coordinator with answering phones and scheduling.
• May order and track clinic inventory and supplies.
