Athletico Physical Therapy is seeking a part-time Rehabilitation Aide to support clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator. You will greet patients, assist during treatments, and help with administrative tasks in compliance with state requirements.

Essential duties include preparing patients for therapy, assisting with modalities, and maintaining clean, organized treatment areas. The role emphasizes communication, documentation, and compassionate patient care in a fast-paced clinic

Qualifications

• High school graduate and/or intern preferred.
• Previous Clinical Aide or Rehab Tech experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, written and verbal.
• Ability to document all projects clearly and manage production.
• Attention to detail and time management are required.
• Patient care experience and teamwork are valued.

Responsibilities

• Prepares patients for physical therapy treatments and assists with devices.
• Safeguards and assists patients during exercises under staff direction.
• Provides routine treatments and modalities like hot/cold packs and Ultrasounds.
• Cleans work area and equipment after treatment.
• Washes linens and maintains supplies.
• Assists with answering phones, scheduling, and filing paperwork.
• May order inventory and track clinic supplies.
