Job summary

Athletico seeks a Rehabilitation Aide to assist clinicians and the Patient Experience Coordinator in delivering high-quality physical therapy care. You will greet patients, help prepare them for treatment, and support therapists during sessions in accordance with state practice acts.

You will also perform administrative tasks, maintain clean treatment areas, and help manage supplies while delivering compassionate, patient-centered service in a part-time role.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to document all tasks clearly and manage production.
• Detail-oriented with good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team and provide compassionate patient care.

Responsibilities

• Prepare patients for physical therapy treatments and assist with devices.
• Support therapists during treatments and guide patient exercises.
• Provide routine treatments and modalities (hot/cold packs, ultrasound, e-stim).
• Clean and stock treatment area and equipment.
• Assist with phone calls, scheduling, and paperwork.
• Monitor supplies and assist with inventory as needed.
