Job summary

Therapy 2000 in El Paso is seeking a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join a mission-driven home-based care team serving Texas families. You will evaluate children, design therapy plans, and collaborate with caregivers to support progress in a comfortable home setting.

This role emphasizes clinical excellence, teamwork, and ongoing education, with options for a sign-on bonus and a supportive work environment that values patient-centered care for pediatric patients in West/NE/Central El Paso.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pediatric physical therapy experience.
• Experience in a home-health setting.
• Specialty Certifications (example: PCS).
• Bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive Physical Therapy evaluations, using standardized tests to determine patients’ needs for therapy.
• Use your clinical judgment to develop and implement relevant treatment plans aligned with physician orders.
• Develop home exercise programs in partnership with patients’ caregivers.
• Act as a vital member of your patients’ medical neighborhoods, collaborating and coordinating care between various providers and disciplines.
• Complete a minimum number of patient visits on a weekly basis as required by the agency.
• Meet deadlines for completion of patient chart updates, progress summaries, call logs, and all other paperwork as needed.
• Meet with agency personnel as necessary to maintain understanding of expectations and standards related to delivering high-quality patient care.
• Perform all duties in compliance with agency policies and procedures.
• Adhere to all rules, regulations, codes of ethics, guidelines and federal, state and local laws applicable to home-health pediatric physical therapy.
