Job summary

Lanessa Extended Care in Webster, MA is seeking dynamic and compassionate Physical Therapists to join our team. You will assess residents, develop care plans, and provide direct treatment to a general rehab caseload.

Massachusetts-licensed PTs with strong communication and teamwork skills are invited. We offer up to $50 per hour with weekly pay, along with benefits like health/dental/vision insurance, retirement options, and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Must hold a Massachusetts PT license.
• Education consistent with PT degree requirements.
• Strong clinical and documentation skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Screens patients and residents, evaluates and develops care plans.
• Provides direct treatment per established plans of care.
• Participates in clinical team processes and meetings.
• Consults with patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Documents activities in the clinical system.
• Complies with Medicare and reimbursement guidelines.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families, and staff.
• Participates in census-building, quality improvements, and service-excellence initiatives.
• Exhibits courtesy and respect to all stakeholders.
