Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, MA is hiring full-time and per diem Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs). The PTA will provide high-quality therapy services to residents under supervision of a Physical Therapist.

We offer weekly pay up to $40 per hour, with benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career advancement. Massachusetts licensure requirements apply and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant required.
• Active Massachusetts PTA license required (or in process).
• New graduates welcome!

Responsibilities

• Assist in providing, collecting assessment data, and direct treatment to a general rehab caseload under the supervision of a Physical Therapist.
• Participate in clinical program development and implementation.
• Consult with and train patients, residents, and caregivers.
• Monitor efficiencies in collaboration with supervisor.
• Document activities in the clinical documentation system promptly.
• Demonstrate knowledge of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations.
