Job summary

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster, Massachusetts is seeking a per diem Physical Therapist to assess residents, plan care, and provide direct treatment within a general rehab caseload. You must hold a Physical Therapy degree and be able to work with diverse teams; the role offers up to $55 an hour with weekly pay and opportunities for career advancement.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

Webster Manor Rehabilitation & Health Care Center in Webster is looking for per diem Physical Therapists! You will be responsible for providing patient/resident assessment, care planning, direct treatment and consultation to a general rehab caseload. If you are a licensed Physical Therapist with a passion for delivering high-quality patient care, we encourage you to apply.

Up to $55 an hour with weekly pay.

Responsibilities:

• Screens patients/residents and evaluates them to develop appropriate care plans
• Provides direct resident treatment in accordance with an established plan of care
• Participates in team meetings and decision-making process as defined by the program
• Consults with and trains patients, residents and caregivers
• Monitors efficiencies on an ongoing basis in collaboration with supervisor
• Documents activities according to the company's clinical documentation system on a timely basis
• Demonstrates consistent knowledge and application of Medicare and other reimbursement regulations
• Communicates effectively with patients, residents, team members, customers and supervisor
• Provides appropriate consultation to the facility
• Participates in clinical program development and implementation

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science Degree, Master of Science or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy
• Ability to function effectively in multi-faceted systems and to interact effectively with all levels of staff and customers
• Strong oral and written communication skills

• Ability to perform documentation needs, manipulations of equipment and direct patient care
