The role requires a PT license with a Bachelor's, Masters, and Doctorate in Physical Therapy, with the Doctorate preferred. The package includes a base pay range of $103,376–$149,115.20 annually and a comprehensive benefits program.

Overview

Experience

• Performs modalities/therapeutic interventions in accordance with accepted standards of care and department policies and procedures.
• Provides effective instruction to the patient and family through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training.
• Initiate, develop, and maintain collaborative interactions with internal and external team members, patients, and family members to improve patient outcomes. Productive and efficient in daily operations.
• Selects and performs the appropriate assessment procedures.
• Establishes and updates formal plan of care to address individual patient needs.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $103,376.00 - $149,115.20 annually.Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra‑shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
