Job summary

Bon Secours is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments, and to provide skilled therapeutic interventions at Harbour View Medical Center. The role covers inpatients, outpatients, pediatrics and off-site locations, following the department’s plan of care.

The PT will assess needs, develop and execute treatment plans, document progress in the EMR, and supervise assistants as needed, while maintaining productivity and safety standards in a patient-focused

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice.
• BLS Basic Life Support required or must be obtained within 30 days for some sites.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with goals.
• Delivers daily therapy per plan of care.
• Maintains accurate records in EMR; coordinates care.
• Maintains productivity without compromising quality of care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and compliance standards.
• Supervises PT assistants as applicable.
