Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with clear goals.
• Delivers direct therapy daily per plan of care and standards.
• Maintains accurate records in EMR and ensures timely co-signatures as needed.
• Maintains productivity without compromising quality of care.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and timekeeping policies.
• Supervises PT assistants and supports professional growth.
