Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of current practice is required.
• 2 years of experience in an equivalent setting is preferred.
• BLS Basic Life Support certification required within 30 days for BSMH.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients and develops appropriate treatment plans.
• Provides direct therapy to patients daily.
• Maintains records of treatment provided and patient's progress.
• Supervises the physical therapist assistant’s treatment interventions.
