Bon Secours is seeking a Physical Therapist to perform initial and ongoing assessments, provide skilled therapeutic interventions, and service patients across outpatient, inpatient, pediatric, and off-site locations. The role emphasizes using professional knowledge to plan and adjust treatments, document progress, and collaborate with care teams.

Applicants should hold a state license as a Physical Therapist with BLS requirements either in place or within the specified period.

Formación

• Licensed Physical Therapist in the state of practice or qualify for traineeship/temporary license (required)
• BLS Basic Life Support (preferred upon hire, required within 30 days for BSMH, required at hire for RSFH)

Responsabilidades

• Evaluates patients and develops treatment plans with goals.
• Provides direct therapy daily as per plan of care.
• Maintains records and documents progress in the EMR.
• Keeps productivity without compromising quality.
• Adheres to safety, infection control, and compliance requirements.
• Supervises therapy assistants, where applicable.
