Job summary

Jackson Therapy Partners, LLC is seeking a traveling Physical Therapist for a 13-week assignment at a skilled nursing facility in Moorestown, NJ. You will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing life in a new location.

The Days shift runs 08:30–16:30 (5x8). Requires a PT degree, NJ license, BLS, and SNF/post-acute experience. Housing assistance and travel reimbursement are provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience working in a skilled nursing facility preferred.
• Experience with rehabilitation for post-acute or long-term care patients preferred.
• Ability to document in the facility's electronic system as directed by the client.
• Availability to work the specified days and shift hours for the assignment.
