Job summary

NovaCare Leonardtown, Maryland, is seeking a Physical Therapist for outpatient orthopedics, sports, and aquatics. This full-time role (32-40 hours/week) includes on-site mentorship and a managed caseload, with offerings across ortho, neuro, vestibular, and oncology rehab.

New graduates are welcome to apply and the program gradually increases caseload. The compensation range is $80,000–$100,000 with a sign-on bonus and indefinite loan help, plus comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities

Qualifications

• Complete and maintain required training and compliance with regulations.
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document patient treatment.
• Maintain clear communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, families and payors; attend center meetings.
• Must have a Physical Therapy degree from an accredited school.
• Current state PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• CPR certification.

Hour evals 1:1 with 45-minute treat times.
