Select Medical's NovaCare Leonardtown clinic in Maryland is hiring a Physical Therapist for Outpatient Orthopedics, Sports, and Aquatics. This full-time role offers 32-40 hours weekly and a competitive $80,000-$100,000 salary.

You will evaluate and treat patients, document care, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. New graduates are welcome; a structured mentorship program helps grow your clinical skills while expanding your caseload.

Qualifications

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited school.
• Current State physical therapist license or eligibility for licensure in the State of practice
• CPR certification

Responsibilities

• Complete and maintain all corporate and clinical services required training and maintain compliance with state/local/federal regulations
• Evaluate, treat, direct, and document treatment for patients
• Maintain open and respectful communication with colleagues, physicians, patients, family members and third-party payors
• Attend/participate in center meetings as directed by the center manager

Location: NovaCare Leonardtown, Maryland

New graduates are welcome to apply! We gradually increase your caseload during your on-site defined mentorship program. Most clinicians see 10-12 patients per day, depending on patients' needs. Hour evals 1:1 with 45-minute treat times.
